The Thoroughbred mail-list connects you with others in the Thoroughbred community. Use it to ask questions about our products, offer or ask for advice, and share your knowledge and experience.
Many of our customers have been developing with and using Thoroughbred products since 1982. They know the products well and are glad to share what they’ve learned, which makes the list especially useful as you move applications from character screens to graphical and web-based interfaces.
How to subscribe, post and unsubscribe
Everything is done by email.
- Subscribe: send a blank email to maillist-subscribe@tbred.com.
- Post: send your message to maillist@tbred.com.
- Reply: reply to the message you received from the list.
- Unsubscribe: send a blank email to maillist-unsubscribe@tbred.com.
Posts from non-members are rejected with a message explaining how to subscribe.
Guidelines for use
The mail-list is an open line of communication for sharing knowledge between Thoroughbred and our customers. It is not a Thoroughbred support resource. If you need support from Thoroughbred, use our support programs or email services@tbred.com. Dealers and resellers can email support@tbred.com.
The mail-list is moderated from time to time, so subscription requests, unsubscribe requests and posts may be reviewed before they reach the list.
Purpose
Thoroughbred Software has adopted an Acceptable Use Guideline that is subject to change from time to time without prior notice to the public. To keep the mail-list useful for everyone, please stay on topic, and do not use it to send jokes or off-topic material.
Ethical use
Use of the mail-list must be responsible, ethical, legal and consistent with the purpose for which the mail-list is provided.
Terms of use
Thoroughbred Software, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, reserves the right to limit or deny access to the mail-list to any subscriber abusing this service. No foul language or threats to others will be tolerated, and such abuse could result in being permanently barred from the mail-list.
