From pickup to invoice
The pickup and delivery system tracks each order from the moment the pickup is called in until it is signed for, and the dispatcher can build routes and assign drivers. JobBoard shows every open order by department, due date and status. Customers can send jobs and files through Customer e-Order, and interfaces bring in work from Sepialine Argos, Sepialine Printerpoint, Midnight Print-Shop and OpCenter JobCenter.
ezRepro
ezRepro is an easy-to-use order and invoicing system for reprographics and color format firms that don’t need full accounting. It keeps all the capability and flexibility of Solution-IV Reprographics, with the modules for ordering, item descriptions, discounts and pricing, contract and project management, sales analysis, and invoice and statement processing. Bid and order tracking and pickup and delivery are supported too.
ezRepro includes Accounts Receivable, Order Processing, Inventory Control, System Utilities and Executive Summary, and can be hosted for you. Add any other Solution-IV module when you need it, without a conversion.
