AS3 (Administrative Solutions 3) from AlaQuest International is a complete software system for running a postsecondary school. It covers your business from tracking leads to tracking alumni: you use it to monitor leads and advertising, enroll and schedule students, track grades and attendance, post tuition and other charges, apply financial aid, and find jobs for your graduates.
What makes AS3 different is how its modules work together, moving information from one department to the next as each student progresses through the student life cycle.
Forty years with postsecondary schools
For over 40 years, AlaQuest has been dedicated to the research, development, sales and support of administrative software for postsecondary education. AS3 has been installed in over 400 institutions in all 50 states, Canada, Puerto Rico and Australia. Schools range from 50 students and one operator to more than 4,000 students and 128 operators.
AS3 is flexible enough to meet most schools’ needs without changes. It recognizes credit-hour and clock-hour programs and adjusts to them, and our programmers can customize it if your requirements call for it.
Portals, analytics and learning management
Students, instructors, graduates and prospects work with AS3 through the web portals, and e-DashAS3 gives administrators one-click dashboards over the same data. AS3 also exchanges courses and grades with Google Classroom and Moodle. Run AS3 in the cloud or on your own servers.
Support and updates
AlaQuest supports every AS3 module, with unlimited phone calls, software updates and an ongoing software warranty. Updates come out once a year, or sooner when an important new feature is ready. Customers are told by email or newsletter when an update is available, there is no charge for an update with a support agreement, and updates leave your own menus, programs and data files alone.
