Call CONNECT REPORT from Basic (OOR)

This program runs a Report-IV report from Basic. It puts the report name in REPORT$[1] and calls OOR, the method behind CONNECT REPORT.

Notes

The example uses report UTXRAR01 from the UT sample library. The comment on line 00130 calls it a menu name, but REPORT$[1] holds the report name.
Line 00150 runs the program ID after the report finishes. Change it to the program your application should return to.
