This program shows how a Basic program can display a Dictionary-IV menu. It sets up the IDOL-IV system variables, puts the menu name in MENU$[1] and calls OO1Z.

.HOFF
! Example of how use CONNECT SCREEN from Basic
00010 REM &REM&
00100 CALL "IDPUB4",]6$,]7$,]8$,]9$ ! Set Idol-IV System Variables
00110 CALL "8ZPSYS",]SYSV$ !
00120 DIM MENU$[3] ! Dimension MENU$ for call
00130 LET MENU$[1] = "IAMCUST" ! Menu Name
00140 CALL "OO1Z",MENU$[ALL] ! Call CONNECT MENU
00200 END

Notes

The old examples index listed this as a CONNECT SCREEN example, and the comment at the top of the code still says so. The program actually calls OO1Z, which runs CONNECT MENU, with the menu IAMCUST.
