List the report selections on a menu

This utility reads a menu definition from IDDBD and prints every selection on the menu that runs a report. It is a quick way to see which reports a menu offers.

Notes

The menu name is part of the key in line 00020 (IDMENU2 in the example). Change it to the menu you want to list.
