FormsCreator handles formatted printing of business forms. It is integrated with Solution-IV invoices, orders, quotes, purchase orders and other documents, and lays your data out on a designed form instead of a plain report.
Output options
- Plain paper. FormsCreator laser prints the form and the data together on plain paper.
- PDF. Save invoices and other documents as PDF files. Several invoices can be combined into one PDF.
- Email and fax. Send forms by email or fax instead of on paper.
Recent releases have added the ability to print additional forms and support for HTML.
How it fits
FormsCreator is offered as a Solution-IV option and is listed among Thoroughbred’s Windows client tools. For forms and reports from your own Report-IV definitions, Report-IV to PDF merges report data with a background page such as a scanned invoice or statement. TS ReportServer covers viewing and printing standard reports on a Windows workstation.
