*GPSD - Ghost Task Communication Utility
Purpose
This utility connects your terminal to a currently running (STARTed) ghost task. Once you are connected to the ghost task you can:
- Look at what the ghost task is currently executing.
- Initiate a program to run under the ghost task.
- Modify the ghost task program to correct an error situation.
Any terminal or user task can communicate with any STARTed ghost task, but only one terminal or task can have a ghost task open at one time.
For more information on ghost tasks, refer to the related section in the Thoroughbred Basic Developer Guide and Basic Customization and Tuning Guide Volume I.
